FIA completes first bio-fuel prototype for F1

Formula 1 has started testing ecological fuel. The first tests have been sent to the four engine manufacturers in Formula 1. According to Gilles Simon, head of engines at the FIA, these tests are a good preparation for 2025, when F1 will switch completely to ecological fuel. "We developed a prototype because we wanted to explore the different possibilities that are currently on the market. The current prototype is far from perfect, but it is equivalent to the physical regulations for a Formula One engine.
