Coulthard explains why Alonso is better in his 40s than Schumacher

F1 legend David Coulthard has put forward a theory as to why Fernando Alonso has been able to keep performing close to his peak despite his age, unlike Michael Schumacher. Alonso has scored four podiums in the opening five races of F1 2023, leaving him a comfortable third in the drivers’ championship behind the two Red Bulls.
