Vasseur hails Ferrari execution at Spa but calls Hamilton's penalty 'harsh'

F1 Grand Prix, GP Belgium, Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps Ferrari Team Principal Fred Vasseur praised his team's execution at the Belgian Grand Prix after Charles Leclerc finished second and Lewis Hamilton came home fourth, while arguing that the five-second penalty handed to the seven-time world champion for his opening-lap collision with George Russell was too severe. Ferrari arrived at Spa-Francorchamps on the back of victories in two of the previous three races, with Hamilton winning in Spain and Leclerc triumphing at Silverstone.
