F1: Coulthard seeks less reliance on technology
In the aftermath of Sunday's fiasco, driver turned commentator, David Coulthard believes teams need to return to the old ways. An 'issue' with the driver tracking function led to a meltdown of the automatic blue flag system, which led to understandable chaos on the track. The most high-profile incident involved Carlos Sainz and Oscar Piastri, but there were plenty of others affected, including the Racing Bulls pair and Oliver Bearman.
