Mercedes weighing Monza engine penalty for Antonelli

Mercedes is comfortably Formula 1’s championship battle, but behind the scenes a different race is gathering speed – the search for the least painful place to swallow an engine penalty. With both Kimi Antonelli and George Russell now skating perilously close to their power-unit limits, Toto Wolff has admitted the team is already studying the calendar and weighing up where the inevitable grid drop might hurt least.
