Although Kevin Magnussen concedes McLaren are not where they want to be, the Danish driver is convinced they are moving in the right direction. Magnussen's debut season in Formula 1 got off to a flying start as the 21-year-old finished second at the season-opening Australian GP. That, though, has been his only podium result to date.
