Sahara Force India Nico Hulkenberg is sure that he can recover positions despite qualifying a lowly 18th for the Belgian Grand Prix at Spa Francorchamps. Hulkenberg's Force India team had expected to be a frontrunner at this weekend's event but wet weather in qualifying scuppered Hulkenberg's progress.
