A Ferrari for those white winter days

In late 1972, in a bid to extricate itself from a deep F1 crisis, Ferrari introduced the 312B3 which was aptly named 'Spazzaneve' for its distinctive and peculiar 'snow-plow' front end. After extensive testing in the hands of Jacky Ickx and Arturo Merzario, the square looking and oddly-proportioned B3 was deemed another failure for designer Mauro Forghieri. The car was never raced and its creator was temporarily relegated to Ferrari's experimental department. The ugly duckling lives on however, regularly appearing in historic F1 events in the hands of its owner. And while unattractive, it sounds beautiful!
