Formula One CEO Chase Carey has confirmed that the 2021 F1 regulations are in their final phase of being finalised and is confident the rule changes will be confirmed in the coming months. Finalising the rules has been a struggle with top teams objecting to several possible changes but that looks to have changed if Carey is to be believed.
