Insight into Hamilton's work ethic 'refreshing' for Russell

Williams rookie George Russell says that talent alone hasn't sustained Lewis Hamilton at the top of F1's hierarchy, with a work ethic and motivation also playing a big part in the Mercedes driver's success. As a protégé of the German manufacturer, Russell had the opportunity last year to closely watch the five-time world champion at work, and take away a "refreshing" observation. "There's a number of different perceptions of how Lewis's commitment is over the course of the year," Russell told Autosport.
