Sainz says new rules need time

The new rules that have been introduced for this season, aimed at improving racing, have not gone down well with everybody, but new McLaren driver Carlos Sainz says that we should give them a chance. Simpler front wings and altered rear wings are the main changes, designed to reduce turbulence for cars following another. However, it is thought that designers and engineers have found a way to get around these rules. Despite this, Sainz retains the belief that drivers and fans must give the new rules time.
