Correa to remain in intensive care for observation

Juan Manuel Correa will remain intensive care until doctors are satisfied, according to an update released by his press team. The 19 year old Ecuadorian suffered serious injuries on Saturday, picked up in a crash during Formula 2's feature race at Spa-Francorchamps that claimed the life of BWT Arden's Anthoine Hubert. Correa was brought to CHU Liege in Belgium, requiring immediate surgery on his two legs – both of which are fractured. He also suffered a ‘minor' spinal injury – more details on this have yet to emerge.
