Robert Kubica: “Driving a new car always represents a lot of emotions”

Robert Kubica was the first driver to take to the track in the Alfa Romeo Racing ORLEN C39 during pre-season testing at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya, with the Pole settling into the team after joining them during the off-season after a year with ROKiT Williams Racing. Kubica will act as the third and reserve driver for Alfa Romeo in 2020, playing support to race drivers Kimi Räikkönen and Antonio Giovinazzi, and the thirty-five-year-old completed fifty-nine laps of the Spanish circuit on Wednesday morning before he handed the car over to Giovinazzi.
