Alfa Romeo confirm 'summer' shutdown plans

Alfa Romeo will shutdown their factory for three weeks from March 23, reacting to the bringing forward of the mandatory Formula 1 summer shutdown. It has been reported that all ten of the teams currently racing in Formula 1 voted unanimously to bring forward the summer shutdown in order to free space for more racing throughout August.
