McLaren staff are finally on their way home

The remaining McLaren team members still in Australia are finally on their way back home to the UK after being in quarantine in Melbourne. As the coronavirus outbreak progressed from pandemic to epidemic, Formula 1 were still attempting to keep the show on the road by trying to conduct business as usual ahead of what should have been the season-opening Australian Grand Prix. All teams and personnel flew out to Melbourne and huge crowds of fans gathered for two days in a row at Albert Park, only for the race weekend to then be cancelled at the last moment.
