'Race at Silverstone is the ideal new start to the season'

After the postponement of the Azerbaijan Grand Prix, the start of the season for Formula 1 is provisionally planned on June 14th with the Grand Prix of Canada. However, the expectation is that this will also have a disappointing announcement. Martin Brundle does have a scenario in mind in which it is possible to race before the summer break. In that scenario the entire first half of the season is driven in Europe. It is based on the hope that by that time the COVID-19 coronavirus will have been contained in Europe, so that the teams will at least be able to move within the EU.
