Racing Point does not yet agree with Concorde Agreement

Mercedes team boss Toto Wolff has already indicated that he is waiting to sign the Concorde Agreement. Racing Point also appears to be unwilling to sign the agreement at the moment. That while Christian Horner was pretty sure that everyone would agree. Mercedes and Racing Point do not agree Wolff mainly falls over the distribution of the money. The budget cap is a thorn in his side and the Austrian thinks that the Mercedes team should be rewarded for its exceptional performance and for the big billboard they are for the sport.
