Now that Mick Schumacher is about to make his official F1 debut, it also raises the question of how much his father sympathises with his son's achievements. Michael Schumacher himself has won seven World Championships and is still a record holder, but Lewis Hamilton could be on a level playing field in Turkey. Jean Todt still has a lot of contact with the Schumacher family, he explains in an interview with De Telegraaf. "He is still fighting, together with his family and his doctors.
