DTM introduces electric car

The DTM-championship drove the last races last weekend in its current form. Audi will hold it up after this season and from next year they will continue with cars based on the GT3 regulations. On the Hockenheim circuit, a fully electric DTM car was demonstrated. The prototype produces 1200 hp and thus has almost twice the power of today's DTM car. In the first instance, it is planned to run in a separate championship within the DTM programme, probably from 2023 onwards.
