Bahrain Qualifying: Will Max surprise Mercedes?

Max Verstappen signalled his intent to Mercedes by claiming top spot in the early afternoon (local time) FP3 session ahead of qualifying for the 2020 Bahrain Grand Prix. The grid for tomorrow's race will be decided under floodlights, with the Red Bull driver setting himself as the man to beat after a scintillating time saw him end the third practice session fastest, three-tenths faster than the Mercedes duo led by Lewis Hamilton with Valtteri Bottas a mere 0.003s shy of his teammate.
