Romain Grosjean has sent a message of gratitude to the Bahraini marshals who assisted in his extraction after his horrific incident on lap one of the Bahrain Grand Prix. Grosjean remains in hospital as treatment continues for the burns suffered whilst escaping the burning wreck of his Haas which became intertwined with the retaining barrier on the exit of turn three.
