Sainz set for maiden Ferrari run at Fiorano

Carlos Sainz will reportedly enjoy his very first test with Ferrari next week at Fiorano, running onboard the Scuderia's 2018-spec car. Sainz has been settling in with his new team at Maranello recently, taking part in engineering debriefs and simulator work, but next week's run will allow for a full-scale test of all the team's and his crew's procedures. According to a report from Motorsport.com, Sainz's outing will take place on Wednesday and Thursday, while Charles Leclerc is also expected to be on hand to drive Ferrari's SF71H.
