Red Bull sets launch date for 2021 F1 challenger

Red Bull Racing has announced that its 2021 Formula 1 car, named the RB16B, will be unveiled on Tuesday, February 23. The energy-drink backed team enters the year with a new line-up, having drafted in former Racing Point driver Sergio Perez alongside Max Verstappen. The upcoming season will be Verstappen’s sixth with Red Bull, after the Dutchman joined the squad shortly after the start of the 2016 season. Verstappen won two races for the Milton Keynes-based squad in 2020, including the season finale in Abu Dhabi. One race prior to Verstappen’s most recent victory, Sergio Perez claimed his first F1 win, triumphing at the action-packed Sakhir Grand Prix. The Red Bull-Honda partnership,...
