Tsunoda feels weight of expectation after Matsuyama Masters success
Sam Hall & Ian Parkes Friday 16 April 2021 09:19 AlphaTauri rookie Yuki Tsunoda believes the success of fellow countryman Hideki Matsuyama in The Masters has raised the bar for Japanese athletes. Tsunoda impressed on his F1 debut at the season-opening Bahrain GP, becoming the first Japanese driver to score points in their first race, and the first overall since Kamui Kobayashi in 2012.
