Formula 1 is expanding in the USA, with a race in Miami added to the one in Austin prompting speculation that the hallowed Indianapolis Motor Speedway (IMS) will also host also. Since Roger Penske acquired the world's most famous oval race track, there has been talk of a return of a Grand Prix to the venue.
