Final starting grid GP Mexico: Verstappen chases P1 from third spot

As with the United States Grand Prix, there are many grid penalties this weekend. Valtteri Bottas will start from pole position with teammate Lewis Hamilton next to him on P2. Max Verstappen and Sergio Perez will start from the second row. George Russell, Lando Norris, Lance Stroll, Yuki Tsunoda and Esteban Ocon will all receive grid penalties for the race in Mexico. The drivers all changed parts of their engines and will start from the back of the grid.
