Mazepin compares Formula 1 to eating an elephant

In a Haas that could not be moved forward, Nikita Mazepin had a season without highlights. The rookie was almost always at the back of the field, often the slowest of all. For the average athlete it would have been a year to get discouraged. Positively minded Mazepin appears to be a positive person. Instead of sitting by and drowning in self-pity, the Russian knows how to find the positives in an oh so difficult debut year. Yes, the mediocre results were sometimes difficult to deal with.
