Jenson back at Williams?

So Jenson believes he holds the cards with regards to his contract at Williams. So why is he enquiring at Jaguar and Toyota?

So if this is the case, what happens? Who goes where, who gets paid what? Ralf is signed, Pablo is not.

I can't see why Williams would want to get rid of RS or JPM, in the short term at least. So Jenson may have to be a bit patient.

I doubt Frank will get rid of Montoya and as Ralf already has a contract for 2003 it looks like he's staying put too.

I think Jenson will be staying with Renault for 2003(well i hope anyway )

I like JPM, but can't we see the parallels between him, and Mansell in the manner in which they punish their machines ? Ralf might not be the most exciting racer around, same goes for Button, but they do have a way of bringing their cars home...

Ralf is not a racer. He is a driver. He is content to tool around, and let accidents and retirements happen, and then pick up the pieces. He is afraid to overtake anyone, and has said on more than one occasion that he is content with this state of affairs. Unfortunately for Ralf, he will never be considered among the best of all time with an attitude like that.

I invite you all to check out some interesting statistics on overtaking in 2002, to be found at www.f1rogues.com. It illustrates my point very well.

I suspect the numbers for Ralf would be similar, no matter which year you were to check.
