Fernando Alonso still believes that he can beat title rival Kimi Rakkonen to race victory at Spa tomorrow, despite qualifying down in fourth place.

But Raikkonen has other ideas, and thinks that the small time gap in qualifying could be deceptive.

Although Alonso was only fifth fastest in qualifying, he was just 0.320s behind Raikkonen, while his team-mate Giancarlo Fisichella lapped within 0.057s of the McLaren driver before an engine change penalty dropped him to 13th on the grid.
