Unless DC does something really special (I can't see that happening) in 2003, I would be dissapointed to see DC in a McLaren in for 2004. But you know what I wouldn't be supprised if he is.

How many drivers has Ron had under him at McLaren (not counting subs)? 14

How many of those 14 have driven more than 1 year? 8

How many of those 8 have driven 3+ years? All except Raikkonen (and he is likely to do that).

Ron doesn't like to change drivers.

It is true that Ron seems to like keeping a constant driver lineup, which can in some cases be good. No doubt about it Hakkinen and Coulthard was probably one of the greatest driver pairings of all time, at least in my opinion. They seemed to work great with each other. Sure on results Barrichello and Schumacher may end up better, but even with DC's troubles with Raikkonen I do rate David higher than Rubens.

The one thing I would be interested in seeing would be how DC would do in a Ferrari, but even more interested on how Hakkinen would have done in the Ferrari during 2001, 2002, or even 2000 (though the MP4-15 was a car equal or better to the F1-2000 - Mercedes just failed Mika at the wrong time)

The MP4-15 was a better car than the F1-2000, so Mika probably woudn't have done much better, if any. But if he had swiched to Ferrari for 2001 and 2002 at least we would have had a title fight on our hand MH vs MS, in the 2 Ferrari's

I think DC has run out of chances. Kimi won`t have as many failures next year. DC may do ok, if the new car is tailor made to his likings. But if not, i think he`ll have a whole new bag of excuses for 03.

It will most certainly be his last chance to stay at Williams. With the new car and more power, Sir Frank will be expecting DC to produce the results he`s been whining after for so long.

DC drives for McLaren and his boss is Ron Dennis! He has had his last chance at Williams 7 years ago.

Hahah, must have gotten your thoughts confused there Crash But anyway, the Mp4-18 cant be tailor made for DC because Mclaren must know that Kimi is their future. They couldnt be so stupid as to make the DCmobile could they?

I don't know about some members of the team, some seem very DC'ised. But Adrian Newey is in charge of design and he is not that stupid.
