Fisi & Massa

Recommended Posts

Massa and Fisichella have been announced as the 2004 drivers for team Sauber. Fisichella who managed to get no points in any other races, besides the one win at Brazil, has not had much luck in the Jordan. So is this a good move for Sauber, Massa, and Fisichella?

Historically, no it isn't. In the past Fisichella has always signed for teams partway through a bad patch, that being so Saubers bad form this year is set to continue. On the other had historically it is good for Jordan, as every team Fisichella has left has performed better once he has gone. Through no fault of Fisichella's, except his luck.

oooooooooohhhhhhhhhhhhhh that word LUCK comes up again.. Seems to me some drivers are able to make their OWN luck, like M.S. or is it that they are just plainly BETTER DRIVERS ? R.B. seems to have all the bad luck but well MAYBE just maybe it is his fault ???????? as for D.C. well he used up his luck in that plane crash it seems!!!

I think DC was saving his luck in a trust fund for the plane crash and now he needs to save it all up again....stil doesn't explain how he has never really done anything in the WDC.

Correct me if I am wrong, but I don't believe Massa is signed for Sauber just yet.

Anyway, I can't see Sauber dropping further down, so the only way is either to stay put or rise higher! Bad move for Fisi though, he'll never get anywhere, deserve it or not. Read the Wrap for more on this :)

No I don't think Massa has yet.

I think that history will be the only decider of whether this was a good move for Fisichella, did he get a Ferrari drive out of it or not... As of right now the sign are not looking good really.

Sorry maybe I was not so clear, that is the question we will be asking in the future, at the end of Fisichella career.

Yes it is unlikely (and I stated that in the original comment), but how do you know, for sure. All the top three teams have made far worse driver decisions than that.
