Ferrari - no more the unbeatable?

Luca Badoer says that 2004 will be a very difficult year for Ferrari, as they are no more the unbeatable team.

Is this possible?

yes, i think it is very possible.

The regs for car design havent changed much in the past few seasons, Ferrari got it right earlier then the rest, but now the other teams have caught up. You could see that during the second half of last season.
