Alonso wins Wrooom ice kart race
Fernando Alonso took victory in the traditional ice kart race that brought down the curtain on Wrooom 2013 at Madonna di Campiglio on Friday evening.The Spaniard started alongside his team-mate, Felipe Massa, in the opening race, which sees all the Ferrari drivers take on Ducati's MotoGP stars. Despite a spin early on, after clashing with Massa, Alonso fought his way back up from last to still take the spoils.He then repeated that in the second race, where the grid order was based on the reverse order of the previous race result. Despite starting at the back, it took the two-time F1 world champion only a couple of laps to work his way back up to P1 and thus ensure he took the overall...
