Todt expresses condolences after marshal fatality
By Phillip Horton on Monday, June 10, 2013 FIA president Jean Todt has paid tribute after marshal Mark Robinson suffered fatal injuries at the Canadian Grand Prix.
Robinson was assisting to retrieve Esteban Gutierrez's stricken Sauber when he dropped his radio and was hit by the recovery crane.
He was airlifted to hospital where he later died.
'I would like to share my profound sadness, and that of the whole FIA community, following the tragic death of Mark Robinson, who was working as a volunteer marshal at the Canadian Grand Prix,' said Todt.
