Mercedes were one of the few teams who had no engine upgrade installed in Canada, and Valtteri Bottas thinks that the upgrades can't be delayed any more. The original plan was to install an upgrade in Canada, but the Silver Arrows ran into a problem which meant that it had to be delayed.
