Senna 0 Report post Posted July 13, 2004 from f1-live.com: 'I might not win German GP' - Schu 'Hockenheim might not go my way.' Schum leads at Silverstone. That was the gist of Michael Schumacher's message on Monday as he enjoyed an 'all star' charity football match in Portugal alongside players like Ronaldo. ''[soccer stars] don't treat me like a decoration,'' the German beamed. In '03, Juan Pablo Montoya thrashed Schu's Ferrari at his home GP. ''It's never been a particularly good track for me,'' Michael, 35, admitted, ''whether I drive a Benetton or a Ferrari. I admit I'd really like to win.'' Schumacher slammed the driving style of Silverstone's F1 Safety Car. ''[it] went very, very slowly,'' he said. ''It looked like he put in little effort.'' And he shot-down suggestions Ferrari can now win grands prix with 'whatever [pit] strategy' it chooses after going for four in France and two in Britain. ''In Australia,'' he started, ''we could have gone for anything and won. But I don't feel that is possible any more simply because the others have picked up.''
