Also forgetting that Renault has ALSO managed a period of dominance.  
Honda HAD  a period of dominance with McLaren AND Williams.
Renault came along and dominated with, Williams (designed by Newey) then further down the line.
Renault dominated with Red Bull (designed by Newey)
