MONTOYA HITS OUT AT WILLIAMS

McLaren's new superstar Juan Pablo Montoya has hit out at his former team Williams.

The Colombian, who starts as one of the favourites for victory in this weekend's Australian Grand Prix in Melbourne, said that there is a 'big difference' between the two teams.

"At BMW Williams they expect you to get the things done - here at Mercedes and McLaren they give you the tools to do the things," he told BBC Sport.

"It makes a big difference for the driver - the driver is a lot more appreciated."

Montoya said that his former team boss Frank Williams was always pointing out that he was overweight.

"I don't know what they wanted," Montoya added. "I was winning races. He just complained I was overweight and unfit and just whinged about it

"It's pretty demotivating. I thought I was working pretty hard - and someone goes and says that."

Well he could of been in better shape...

Oh Come on Sato. This is not really a championship for fitness is it. The guy won races for crying out loud.

I can think of so many other pretty boys in the circuit, who haven't won a single race. What do you say for that?

but having a good car helps even more, which he never really had! Given the right car Montoya would be champion by now, he is a brilliant driver and williams have never produced him with a championship winning car!
