Senna 0 Report post Posted September 23, 2005 JV PLAYS DOWN SAUBER SPEED ITV Jacques Villeneuve has played down Sauber's startling free practice form in Brazil, stating that he would be "surprised" if the team could match it in qualifying on Saturday. The Canadian's team-mate Felipe Massa ended the day as fastest Bridgstone runner and an impressive fourth quickest overall. JV meanwhile was seventh. But Villeneuve claims that while the team's times were on the mark his car's handling was far from it. "The car seems to be acceptably fast in a straight line, but I was struggling in the corners," he said. "I think we'll be lucky to be this fast relative to everyone else tomorrow.
