No its fine I'll leave this up, its not really advertising as compared to what I've seen before. What I meant as advertising was things such as the trash mail you get your inbox :D

I don't think it is a rule, just a consideration thing.

Please hang around and chat with us though, if you do want to advertise a link don't write it like an add, and tie it into a topic that is being talked about. But don't do it too often or it get like Jens said frustrating.

Yep, its not a real rule but its not the point of the board to advertise. This really isn't bad case as it is F1 related (and the screensavers are good :D ), but please stick around and post!

But I already like this forum, it's really fast

( by the way, pardon my English, I'm Dutch...)

Yes I think some people don't post as they would only be talking to a few people, so if we could get more people like you then they may join in as well.

At the moment our four most active posters are daz (South Africa), Jens (USA), rodders47 (Australia) and myself (New Zealand), so if we could have someone living in Europe posting regularly that would be great.

PS. What do you call you country, my wife is Dutch, so I know a lot of Dutch people, and some call it Holland, some call it The Netherlands, so which should I use when speaking to you.

Ha, ha, that doesn't matter to me. Although it's officialy The Netherlands, the whole world knows it the best as Holland. So name it whatever you like, it's fine with me....I think every country has that "problem?". Some say England, some say United Kingdom, some say USA, some say Amerika.....

I will listen anyway....

Cool. It used to be Holland though didn't it? If so the Dutch people I know probably call it what they do depending when they left.

I guess so...In general Holland is accepted the most. Why I don't know...Maybe they can remember that better than "The Netherlands"

Anyway, when Jos is back next year, the name "Holland" will come across your TV many times...ha,ha....

Greets,

Jos will likely be back next year with Minardi as the apparent team he will sign with, and their car could do well with the Cosworth (or Ferrari) engine they race next year.

As for the Holland issue, in Finland we use Hollanti more often than its counterpart Alankomaat (The Netherlands). So I guess it differs from country to country, while the capital is mostly recognized as Amsterdam and some think of it as The Hague.

Interesting article on the differences right there...
