i heard that alex yoong was going to be signing up to drive in the v8 supercars here in australia......to be honest it would be nice to see how he compares to the top v8 drives .......good luck to him

Would be interesting... He failed to get a CART seat, and Jordan_rule you may or may not like this, but he is lined up to take the vacant test driver spot at Jordan as well!

If he did that it would be a purely commercial decision, in no way based on (F1) talent. Mind you Jordan have not hidden the fact that they need money.

They must be desperate for some cash if they're willing to hire him... Nothing against him personally but I just feel that he has no business being in formula one, especially when you consider the amount of more talented youngsters that are available & deserve the chance. Yoong belongs in the lower ranks of motorsport and thats where he should remain. <_

Well, but have you seen how badly the NASCAR drivers go around Watkins Glen and Sears Point?

I want to see Yoong do well despite him being slow, I don't know why, but I have sympathy for him and hope he'll do something good in the future. Unlike Mazzacane, who was equally slow, but such an annoyance for reasons I cannot describe (THE FLYING MULLET!)

Mazzacane, I tell you, was the worst and most appalling driver ever to grace the c##Kpit of an F1 car. Oh boy was I glad when Prost dropped him, he was just so horrible for some reason...

Some one has to have that title, it is just a pity the person who did so, lasted so long in F1, 21 races for Minardi and Prost.
