Changes to Monaco...

Monaco has been changed for 2003, and will be changed a bit more for 2004.

When everything is done the start/finish straight will be wider, the pits up to FIA standard, and a new chicane in the swimming pool area before Rascasse.

Bah. It doesn't need another chicane!

No more chicanes, Monaco needs a passing corner. Imagine seeing two F1 cars racing for position, side-by-side, between Monaco's barriers!
