Tyre rule

What is the verdict on only one tyre (wet) dangerous or not ,it made for a different race, what about the rainmeister going off , interlagos track want's looking at particularly turn 3 whats the verdict.

I don't think the FIA will have made a decision quite yet, SLEC (Bernie) want's the rule to go though.

The FIA will probably demand the drainage system is looked at and improved though. From what I heard the drainage is behind the armco barrier, and was overflowing, running down the bank, pooling at the side of the track and then overflowing onto and across the circuit.

Definitely a rule that needs to go, intermediates aren't up to it on a full wet track. And had they brought full wets to the race, then they would have been in a bad position had the track only been slightly damp, as full wets are only good on a track that is, obviously, fully wet!

I don't see any circumstances where that rule would work. Mainly because rain is not 100% predictiable, especially 5-6 days before a race when things start getting packed up to leave.
