It’s quite interesting to see how far ahead the Ferraris are from the rest of the field – how much they’ve gained over the winter break with a car which has been considered too conservative by some…over a second clear of anyone else…of course we don’t know what fuel, set-up etc everyone is running but Michael setting a new lap record is quite impressive. However, I’d expect the so-called `greatest ever F1 driver` to have beaten Rubens Barichello by a greater margin than one tenth but it was only one session but it might be a precursor for the rest of the season – Rubens was the best qualifier of 2003 and beat MS a few times…

It’s also nice to see Sato so low down the time sheets – a full 1.2 sec down on Jenson - long may it continue

its good to see two minardi's in frount of two jordan's (eaven if one is just the 3rd driver). and also good to see webber up with them. and on the same pase as the McLaren's

All is a bit closer after the Fourth timed session, should be an interesting qualifying session.

But just quietly, how crap is Jordan looking? I reckon Minardi will beat them this year...
