Yes, Renault appears to be struggling , both drivers not too high up at any time. This would be normal should they be going for race Pace because they want points from this race more than a podium glory push.

Sato is at the back, so why press their cars too heavy when they need the points, ...go for a two stopper and get the advantage by biding the time in a good way.

They only way to get more points in one clump would be a podium and Button in this situation to be also be several spots lower should he finish because is reality Sato is not going to be the most likely driver to get more than 6th and there for only a few points at best from Sato's position.

I can not say that about M.SCHum. because he is in a Ferrari and the car this weekend has been so fast, and that long straight can work for him.
