The days of V8 have gone.  Where gains CAN be made through aero.
Much to the success of Newey and Red Bull Racing.With this new era. The gains WILL come from  the ICE.
Which is why Mclaren / Ron, sold out to Honda.
That IS the theory anyway. But , why is it that way?
It is STILL cars going around a track for 2 hours.
Why can`t somebody like Cosworth produce a hybrid PU?
It is exactly the same as before.
Even Honda are struggling,  and they have got vast resources.
Why can`t the smaller independent manufacturers produce a hybrid PU
