Design concept

I am surprised that there isn`t a better design concept.
The wing mirrors  in the current format, obviously create a LOT of drag.With the latest design craze of flaps, everywhere.
I do not understand why anybody,  especially Red Bull have not tried
to make gains.
Simple,  instead of an arm, scaling it with the design. making it more.

Why don't you apply as an aerodynamic engineer? Let's see if any team hires you.
