Since the USGP the FIA have been saying that michelin should take 100% of the blame on Michelin and the 7 teams and they have the power to do what they want for punishment. In my opinion the FIA should take some of the blame so that makes me ask the question, who can/will punish them for there part in the USGP and what eventually happend.
