According to Red Bull, Speed, who is already signed to the team as part of their junior squad, has extended his current contract, with 'performance-related options for the future'.

I thought he was trying to weasel his way out of a contract with red bull....

No, he started with them so he wants to enter F1 as a Red Bull driver most likely

but I heard somewhere that he didn't want to be with red bull...

I wonder if he'll be racing with arden (Horner's GP2 team) rather than iSport in GP2 next year... (I do hope he is going to be in GP2 next year as well as testing!)
