Michael Schumacher promised Bridgestone employees that Ferrari would win

Ferrari as much as Bridgestone are to blame for their performances this year. It's not just the tyres that are crap, but I believe more so their car. They were arrogant and conservative in their approach to the new regulations and they got owned big time by Renault and McLaren. Had McLaren and Renault not done such good jobs with their cars, then we wouldn't be hearing about how it's all Bridgestones fault. Most of us would be committing hari kari over seeing MS with an 8th WDC. For whatever unseen reason, Bridgestone are publicly admitting blame to appease Ferrari. Bridgestone are a huge company and dwarf Ferrari yet they bow to the red horse. Odd but that's the reality.

That is a load of cobblers. Ferrari proved their car and package was fast in Hungary and if they were improving still I am sure it would go a little fastest but Bridgestone are to blame this year for the puncture in the era. Alonso and many others should be looking behind their shoulders now and hopefully starring at the Ferrari 'eleven stripped' rear wing next year. (I hope they keep that sponsor)
